"Excellent breakfast and evening meal. Didn't use amenities. Rather a lot of walking and some steps to access room. Brilliant bus stop with seat opposite."

While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). The option is there to take the service charge off but in my view, it is not a comfortable checkout experience."
