"This was one of the nicest hotels we stayed at with so many extras! The bed was so comfortable and the room spotless and aesthetically pleasing! Very modern and easy to rest there. The owner was so hospitable and provided a yummy breakfast and cappuccinos! There is parking for a small fee if you ask. There are stairs to the rooms. The host went out of his way to help us, and managed to secure us a table at a beautiful fish restaurant, on New Year's Eve, at the last minute. This was so much appreciated as we had a fab evening. "The room is quaint and well-designed. It is a few metres from the sea, very close to at least three lovely coffee shops, and less than 15 mins walk to many good restaurants. Bus no. 21 to take you to the centre of Pescara leaves from a few seconds away and is quite frequent - I usually waited around 10 mins or so. The owner is available through Whatsapp for any queries.
