「Lovely, bright, modern little suite. Cute family oriented neighbourhood close to everything. Only 35 minutes to all our events in Ottawa. Communication with host was excellent. Well appointed kitchenette, so we were able to prepare a couple of meals “in-house”.We dined at Boulton House in Carleton place and highly recommend it for dinner out! 」

「We loved our stay! We were two families (4 kids age 4-14) Very thoughtful hosts, the apartment had everything that we needed, we were very comfortable and had a great stay! Pool was very clean and very refreshing on a hot day and the backyard is very spacious with lots of room to play for the kids! Thanks so much, we had a wonderful time. 」

「Judy has put together a very thoughtful bunkie that’s brimming with character. It's cozy and inviting, temporarily making the world a smaller place for you to relax and live worry-free. There were few mosquitos while I was there. I noticed instead more bees, butterflies, and dragonflies (which eat mosquitos to my knowledge). There were also plenty of frogs and a few hummingbirds that frequented the feed. To cook, there's a small gas stove and also a BBQ. The gas stove is in the kitchenette...

「This is an amazing house. It feels like a resort and owner provides everything you need. This was our second time staying for a week and we absolutely loved every minute. We will definitely return, can’t wait!!!」

「This is an authentic old country house with original, solid wood furniture and comfy chairs. It has the quirky bits of old architecture (tiny toilets) but was clean and in good repair. The stars at night were spectacular without other light pollution.」

「Es waren sehr geruhsame Tage in einer bezaubernden Landschaft mit direktem Blick auf einen traumschönen See. Man kann vor Ort zum Fischen gehen, wir hatten viel Erfolg und konnten den Fisch abends auf dem Barbecue zubereiten. Super Erfahrung! Wenn etwas fehlt hilft die Vermieterin gerne! Sehr freundlich!」

It was so well stocked we didn't need for a thing. Grounds and accommodations were emaculate. The pool is fantastic. Had a great time paddling and biking around the area. A historic locking station on the Rideau is within walking distance. The orchard is lovely and we made friends with all the feathered and furry animals!Merrikville...

「We loved the view! We spent our time out on the lake and walking in the woods. As seniors, the 68 steps down to the lake was a work out. Fortunately we are in great shape.」
