6つ星のホテルだけあり、部屋の広さや、空間の広さは申し分の無いくらいでした。スタッフがやや少ないと感じ、こちらの要望がすぐに伝わる事は難しかったと思いますが、まだ新しいホテルなのでこれからまたどんどん改善されて行くと良いと思います。次回もまた滞在をするつもりでおります。次回はプールも入る時間を確保しようと思います。

オープンして2ヶ月程なので施設は新しいのですが、フロントスタッフの対応には辟易しました。まずチェックインの時、15時少し前でしたが部屋の用意ができていないから用意ができたら電話すると言われたため周辺を散策していましたが、ついに電話はありませんでした。そのことを伝えたら、お詫びに朝食を付けると言われたのでホテルのレストランで朝食をいただきましたが、チェックアウト時に請求されていました。部屋は広く綺麗でしたが、タオルが補充されていなかったり、日焼け止めや水が置かれてなかったり、毎日何かが足りなかった。一番ショックだったのは、Nespressoのカプセル4個のうち1個が使用済みの穴があいたカプセルが補充されていて本当にゾッとしました！失礼ですよね？ここは本当にリッツカールトンかと疑ってしまいます。支払った金額に見合ってないと断言できます。

プールからの景色が素晴らしかったです。朝食はサラダなど野菜類が少なかったですが、パンやチーズは種類豊富でした。

Fantastic place with helpful staff. Walkable to dining places and shopping areas. Convenient to take ferry to Rottnest Island.

Happy Anniversary (and a free upgrade)

Amazing property in Perth. Booked a King Bed studio with view and upon check-in, were upgraded to one of the Ritz's few large one bedroom suites. Probably helped we stayed midweek, but was incredibly appreciated. Excellent breakfast included also, staff were excellent.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, every little detail thought of. Staff and service was impeccable. Beautiful views with shopping, restaurants and public transport all walking distance.

Overrated

Not worth the money, overated. Check in was underwhelming. Overall the hotel is pretty but lacks ambience and average hotel experience. QT is way better

The hotelis well situated in an attractive part of the city with lovely views over the river. Our room was well designed. Room service was very slow and sometimes it was difficult to locate a concierge.

From the very first contact it was clear that the customer was most important. It was our 26th anniversary and the team (especially Sibel) made everything so special, with good communication, prompt responses and a thoughtfulness. I wanted flowers for my wife and they organised the most beautiful 12 red roses for me with a hand wriiten card. The songbird roof top bar was closed, but to not have us miss out on the experience, they organised two signature cocktails to be waiting for us in the room as we arrived. This was not all, we also recieved had a cold bottle of bubbly as a celebratory gift from the hotel. The room was stunning, the views across Elizabeth Quay breath taking. The cleanliness was superb, the bed comfortable and the bathrooms to die for. The facilties were next level with an incredible heated infinity pool and various spa treatments on offer. Check in and check out were fast and easy with beautiful staff treating you like kings and Queens. The food and drinks at Hearth restaurant were amazing, with quality produce, attentive staff and a woderful ambience.I could talk forever about this wonderful stay, best thing just do it and experience being treated and feeling like royalty. This is truly an incredible experience.

The hotel itself is lovely. The rooms are a good size, the beds are comfy and the decor is nice. I do think it’s overpriced though. You are definitely paying for the name of the hotel rather than the quality. There are just as nice hotels in Perth that are more cheaper. Saying that, I would definitely stay here again but only if there was a deal going. It’s a little expensive
