This apartment is fully furnished and equipped with dedicated secure parking, access to the pool and sauna.
The apartment is efficiently laid out with quality furnishing, air-conditioning, smart tv with Netflix, WIFI and an office corner.
The master bedroom is spacious with a built-in wardrobe and a safe box. The second bedroom has two single beds, a built-in robe and direct access to the balcony.
The full kitchen is fully equipped with a brand new fridge, dishwasher, cooktop and oven. With a toaster, kettle, rice cooker and small appliances, the apartment provides you with kitchen essentials for your use. Supplied with coffee, tea, sugar, salt and pepper, and cooking spray, including dishwashing blocks and dishwashing liquid, spray and wipe, paper towel, tea towels, you'll find all your basic needs for your stay.
The laundry is a room in the apartment with a brand new washing machine and dryer. You'll be supplied with laundry powder, drying racks and ironing equipment.
There's a separate toilet, and a separate shower and powder room. Guests will be supplied with the use of a hair dryer, bath towels, bath mat, toilet paper rolls, hand wash, body wash, shampoo and conditioner.
PLEASE NOTE:
- we have a foldaway bed for the 5th person that can be set up (with linen and towel) in the open plan lounge/dining area.
- beach/pool towels are not provided if guests wish to avail themselves of the use of the pool and/or the nearby beaches
- as we wish to ensure safety of all guests, sadly our apartment is not yet equipped to accommodate the comfort and safety of toddlers and children. The apartment has no high-chairs, safety cots, sharp glass table corners guards, safety drawer latches, concealed electrical chords, and general safety measures to minimise hazards for toddlers, babies and small children.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire apartment.
The key and keycard will be placed in the lock box which guests can access at check-in. The key and keycard will allow guests access to the lifts, the apartment, pool and gym facilities.

Please let us know your estimated arrival to ensure you are updated with any critical information for check-in.
CHECK-OUT TIME: strictly by 10 AM
