The Space:

The main house features three bedrooms, two queen rooms and one bunk room, a spacious living area, and a fully equipped kitchen.



The granny flat offers a cosy, private retreat with a queen bedroom, reading nook, and its own lounge and kitchen space, perfect for quiet moments or a separate stay within the property.



Across the property, you’ll find soft amber lighting, a sauna, two indoor fireplaces, a patio fireplace, and an outdoor fire pit, creating plenty of spaces to slow down, unwind, and rest.



Firewood is provided to get you started. Extra firewood can be arranged before or during your stay, and may also be available from the Preston Beach roadhouse.



Enjoy filtered, restructured drinking water in both the main house and granny flat, with additional filters on all showers to support a more comfortable, skin-friendly experience. Organic teas, cacao, blue lotus, natural products, and locally handmade incense are provided, along with a selection of organic pantry essentials such as spices, honey, coconut oil, maple syrup, and coffee.



Two incense sticks are included, one for each space, with extra available on request.



Outside, there’s a large undercover patio with outdoor dining, trees, open space, and regular visits from kangaroos and local wildlife.



For families and groups, there are board games, card games, kids’ toys, and outdoor games to enjoy together.



A short 5-minute walk brings you to Preston Beach, Footprints Café, the local restaurant and pub, and the nearby golf course.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property during their stay, with both the main house and granny flat set across one thoughtfully designed space.
