It was a 3-minute walk from the beach with beach clubs and restaurants, a 30-minute walk to Perissa (perfect for dinner, etc), and a 2-minute walk to a convenience store. "Great hotel, modern and contemporary. Rooms each have a jacuzzi and the view was very nice. The restaurant on the beach is beautiful and they serve the best breakfast à la carte we had during our stay (we stayed in different hotels). Would highly recommend to stay there for a couple of nights to relax. Only issue is not much to do around walking distance so best if you want to relax or ok to take taxis everywhere"

"From the start of the holiday the staff have been lovely and helpful. Hotel ( we es in the adult only part) was so lovely and quiet. Room was amazing with a very spacious balcony and pool. We were lucky and had sun most of the day. Rooms and pool cleaned everyday. WiFi and tv was great. Breakfast had plenty to choose from fruit, cereal bread cooked eggs and bacon, pastry’s. Beach bars and restaurants all nearby. Would definitely recommend and return again. Bus trip to Fira for sunset and meal. Trip out on a catamaran for sunset was amazing as well. We didn’t use the spa so cannot comment."

"We had an excellent vacation at Casa Frati. The room was pretty and very clean. The complex is beautiful, the staff is so so nice and helpful. It is very quiet and calm at night, we slept so well! The pool is at the perfect température with confortable beach chairs. Just across we had access to the beach, the restaurant, a bar, all excellent!! We truly had a great time!"

"The hotel is a small boutique type hotel with very chilled atmosphere. The staff are all very helpful and welcoming with the property very well maintained and kept in pristine condition. The breakfast is basic but plentiful with everything you would expect. The gym is very basic and machines are dated, but it has all the basics that you need with various dumbbells and other free weights as well as well as a couple of machines. The only thing that lets it down slightly is that there are not enough sunbeds around the main pool, but we managed to get beds around the second smaller pool without any issues. I would highly recommend this hotel and would not hesitate in returning."
