The room was dirty. The staff were not helpful at all. The gentleman that checked us in opened the door to our room after my husband made a trip to the car. The door was not shut all the way and he opened it just to tell me to make sure to keep door closed, he also had another customer with him.

During my stay, several issues affected the overall experience. The room was not clean. The bed sheets had visible stains, and the bathtub curtain showed signs of mold. Additionally, the heater in the room was not turned on, which was especially concerning given that the outside temperature was approximately 18 degrees. Breakfast was advertised; however, the available options were very limited. When we arrived, only toasted bread was available. The juice machine was out of order, and although there was a sign directing guests to juice in the refrigerator, none was stocked. I also used the fitness center, but there were shipping boxes stored inside, significantly limiting the usable space. At checkout, I attempted to call the front desk to speak with someone directly about these concerns. Unfortunately, the interaction was not professional, and I did not feel that my feedback was welcomed. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this property. The photos online present a different impression than the actual conditions of the hotel.

Fire detector was hanging from the ceiling by wires, TV didnt work, all we could do is turn it on and off. We used our phone to watch tv. It was reported to staff. But thae absolute worse was the roaches. We saw and killed 2. Im praying nothing got in our stuff and that im not brining anything home. Room had peeling paint under the window. And during check in i was told i was being given a "very" nice room. If that was nice i wouldnt want to see one that wasnt so nice. I will never stay here again. Guest beware!!!
Only thing to watch on the TV. And note the fire detector.

Pillow cases had stains. Went to eat at the breakfast room 11-21-25 ,coffee machine was broke,juice machine out of order. No batter for waffles. No plates just small bowls. Not a recommended place to stay. In the room, no tissue no alarm clock, dirty dingy wash clothes.

i don't usually write a revue but because the place was so dirty and while sitting on the bed my wife had a cockroach run across her arm we packed up and left after only being their for bout 2 hours and got a room else where. no one at the front desk so just left the room keys and walked out, guess I should always check reviews before booking

The room was filthy, black mold on the shower curtain,dog food on the floor and just plain a disaster. They moved us to another room that had a 3/8" inch in the door frame that was allowing very cold air into the room. We left for the day and came back that night after turning on the heat that was running all day and the room was still cold!! We decided to leave at this point and the manager said that he was going to charge us for the room for the 2nd day. It turned into a heated argument and the guy was unbelievably rude. I am going to dispute the charges on me credit card and let Wyndham hotels know what is going on with Days Inn. This is the 2nd time this summer we have had a terrible experience with Days Inn. The 1st time was in Flint, MI. If I were you I wouldn't recommend any Days Inn until they get there act together.

I booked a stay yesterday upon arrival chekc in was quick , once i got to the room i removed the covers to do my usual check , the sheets were covered in yellow stains . I went to the front desk to request a new room as my booking was non refundable . They gave me a new room , as soon as i opened the door i noticed the covers were pulled back as if someone had just been laying in the bed & there was a burger king bag on the desk . I ended up leaving to go to a different hotel . Woukd not recommended this place to a roach .

Dont stay here. Owner gave major human trafficking vibes. He was super creepy. We got to our room and it was filthy. Old food laying all over the room. Beds not made. Hole punched in the bathroom door. There was a paper clip in the door so the door wouldnt lock. When we told him we werent staying and wanted a refund he became verbally agressive and rude and told us "fine stay somewhere else!" Go to the Best Western. Its worth the money.
