A guest favourite, this fantastic home has been renovated to a very high standard. It is perfectly located for quick & easy access to the centre of bustling Mousehole harbour and its shops, pubs & restaurants (200m), It is fortunate to enjoy its own unrivalled space and large gardens. The home benefits from spectacular panoramic sea views right across the bay to St Michael's Mount. Rare for central Mousehole, it also has an off-street parking space with a 7.2kW EV charging point
The space
Light and airy, the property has wonderful sea views from the sitting room and dining area, the conservatory and kitchen. It also has many modern feautures including a Nespresso machine, induction hob and EV charging unit.
Guest access
The property has its own off street car parking space [Very rare for central Mousehole] - it also has a 7.2kW electric vehicle charging unit. There are just a few steps up to the front door.
It is a two minute walk down the hill to the Sea and only another minute into central Mousehole Harbour, there is a sandy beach at the far end of the harbour.
The award winning Old Coatguard hotel and restaurant is located just 50m away at the bottom of the hill. There are not many properties available in Mousehole that are so easily accessible (avoiding the extremely narrow road through the village)
