The price was very reasonable, and the studio was a decent size and well laid out. Convenient location. This could be a really good place if they just spent a little time cleaning up and fixing some things. Some bits were very dirty, lots of things were tatty and breaking/broken, the extractor in the bathroom didn't work, etc. A little work could make transform this into an excellent place to stay.

Room itself is fine Area looks very rough and run down lot of derelict buildings on the streets close by. We witnessed a drug deal at end of the street No shower curtain, few sachets of tea and coffee We would not recommend this place to anyone

Most disappointing of all was that the stay was to celebrate my 60th birthday and despite informing the hotel of this on booking, no acknowledgement of this at all.
