Upon arrival we were met with loud music what seemed like a soul weekender. There was forewarning regarding this and our room was not ready. We had a child of 8 with us so it was a bit unfair on him.
The bathroom had no fascia on the shower temp control and there was mould on the ceiling. The tissue box had no tissues in during our two night stay. The mini fridge was not stocked upon arrival .
When I asked if I could see the room before I was paid I was told they needed a managers consent which was finally given. I was also told that if I didn’t like the loud music I could leave and not check in. The restaurant staff was amazing and they looked after us very well

"Our stay was ok for what we paid. The room was clean but had no air conditioning, which in the heat wave was a bit uncomfortable. A fridge in the room would have been good. Breakfast was decent and they have a Starbucks onsite which was great. The staff were friendly and overall I would say it was ..."
