Welcome to your home away from home! This beautifully furnished three-bedroom, three-bathroom two-story townhouse is perfectly situated just minutes from the University of West Florida, Pensacola hospitals, shopping centers, and sugar-white Pensacola beaches. Ideal for families, groups, or visiting professionals, you’ll enjoy both comfort and convenience.

The Space:
Step into a bright and airy living area that’s perfect for relaxation. It is equipped with a 65" QLED smart television, a light tree, and a water foundation. The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, making it easy to whip up a meal or enjoy takeout at the dining table. Each bedroom boasts cozy bedding, ample storage, and natural light, ensuring restful nights.

Bedrooms (all are on the second floor):
Bedroom 1-Master Suite:
King bed, ensuite bathroom, and spacious walk-in closet with baby essentials.
Bedroom 2:
Queen bed with 14" memory foam bed and an adjoining bathroom with a bathtub.
Bedroom 3:
Two lighted twin beds with 12" memory foam beds, perfect for kids or friends.
All beds are dressed with premium organic cotton linens.

With three bathrooms, you’ll never have to worry about sharing space. Each is stocked with fresh towels and essentials.

Flannel sheets in June

We had 5 towels for 5 days with 5 people. Text and told the owner and they replied there should be enough pods to wash them. Flannel sheets on the bed in June. There was 4 plates and silverware. The upstairs bedroom had ants. And the blinds let the sun in has soon had it came up. This condo was not what we expected. You could barely get a suv and a car in the driveway. The location was great near the ballfields.
