Step inside our bright and welcoming home, where an open and spacious living area, dining room, and kitchen greet you. Large glass doors frame views of the Gulf waters just across the street, filling the space with natural light. The living area features comfortable seating and a Smart TV, with a cozy nook perfect for relaxing with a book while taking in the view.
The fully stocked kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a spice drawer, air fryer, crock pot, Keurig, and traditional coffee maker. We provide a starter supply of coffee, creamer, and sugar to get your vacation started right. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating at the large kitchen island.

For entertainment, you'll find a Nintendo Switch and a collection of board games, ensuring fun for all ages on rainy days or quiet evenings in.

Your Private Outdoor Oasis:
Through the large glass doors at the rear of the home, a deck leads down to your private, fully-fenced backyard. The star of the show is the brand-new 30’ pool, featuring a sun ledge perfect for lounging. The pool area is surrounded by ample seating, sun loungers, and a beautiful lawn for games like corn hole.

Enjoy a meal at the picnic tables, cook up a feast on the XXL Green Egg or the plumbed natural gas grill, and gather around the fire pit in the evening. A large outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

The Neighborhood
Sea'scape is perfectly located in a friendly, quiet neighborhood ideal for walking and biking. You are less than a minute from the sugar-white sand, with public beach access diagonally across from our yard. You're also just a short walk or bike ride from the Sound, Baby Beach, and numerous cafes, restaurants, and shops along Via De Luna.


Getting Around
The area is highly walkable and bike-friendly. For exploring further, trolley stops are located nearby (including one at Avenida 17) and can take you up and down the main strip during peak seasons.


House Rules
- We happily welcome well-behaved dogs for a flat fee.
- For the safety of our guests, the top bunks have a weight limit of 175 pounds.
- Please treat our home and amenities as if they were your own.

Important Information
- Home Layout: Our home is an elevated, single-level living space. The main house, including all bedrooms and living areas, is on one floor. Stairs provide access from the main level down to the ground-level pool, yard, and storage area.
- Connectivity: High-speed WiFi is available throughout the home.
- Provided Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essentials like coffee, toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and detergent to help you settle in.
- Ample parking available for 10-12 cars
- Smoke alarms, CO2 sensors, and fire extinguishers available
- Your Host: I am self-managed, highly responsive host committed to making your stay exceptional. If any issues arise, please don't hesitate to reach out.


One thing we believe sets us apart is that we try to make your whole stay turn-key. When we visit, we have to fly, and bringing all of the gear or renting it is both a hassle and costly. So we try to make our home as convenient as possible with that in mind! Our only request is that you treat our home and amenities as your own and take care of them.
