They were rude and said there are other places we could stay in the area. Just wanted others to be aware when they book. Make sure you are 100% SURE before you book. I know it was my fault, but Customer service was not good. They do NOT care about their customers at all."

People said good morning to us, were helpful with directions to local places, the breakfast offerings were excellent (the coffee was particularly good!) The room was spotless and I appreciated the DOVE products in the bathroom. The whole experience was very, very good value for the money and the staff working there really made the stay lovely and personal... Well done!"
