"Room 151 was clean & quiet. For the price & how close it was to Angels stadium I’d stay again. Staff greeted us every morning when walking out and when walking in & had towels available when needed."

"Key Areas of Failure: Housekeeping: No room cleaning was provided for three days, even after notifying staff. Breakfast: The vegetarian options were insufficient to nonexistent, offering only a bare minimum. Parking/Arrival: Parking was a major hassle, with no accessibility for offloading luggage, making for a pathetic arrival experience. Service: Overall service was negligent, with staff failing to address complaints or provide necessary amenities. It is highly recommended to seek alternate accommodation if you expect basic cleanliness and service."

"The room was very clean and we had enough of the basics in the room for our 4 night stay. We had a room on the 4th floor that provided full viewing of the weekends fireworks shows.The room itself was not very sound proof and with the outdoor walkways, sound from outside was loud. Really enjoyed the short walk to Disneyland and the small store in front of the hotel. "

"I was in town for a conference - this hotel was within walking distance to the conference center and several dining/shopping options. The hotel was clean, staff were kind, and the included breakfast was decent. As a group of girls traveling, this hotel felt very safe and somewhere I would stay again. The only downside is that the AC was noisy. "

"Great spot if you plan on going to Disney. About a half mile walk and they let leave our car for the day despite checking out that morning. It was clean and had a great pool and hot tub. The hotel looks dated, but was still a great value. The staff were pleasant and helpful. "

"The best thing about the property is its history. The rooms are small and dated and if you like vintage it’s perfect. The hotel rooms were clean and the food was excellent. There is no housekeeping service, bathtubs are concave and could be dangerous, commodes don’t flush properly, there is no heat or air conditioning. The worst part is that the beautiful view in most of the windows especially those in the Promenade restaurant are filthy- I’m not sure they’ve ever been cleaned. The port holes in the rooms are almost as bad and in my room one didn’t even open. What a disappointment for the price of the room. This was supposed to be a second honeymoon for us but it was disappointing. I understand that it’s difficult to keep low cost but there are some things that could to make it more interesting that might overlook some of the lacking amenities. As a former hotel exec it could be improved. Overall disappointing."
