「Excellent breakfast with good quality ingredients and lots of choice. A very friendly owner who really went out of her way to be helpful. Immaculate room.」

「Rooms 1 and 7 were clean and comfy. No. 1 was stuffy (possibly due to hot weather and no air con) and smelt of cooking . No. 7 was cooler but affected by traffic noise as there was a fair amount of traffic throughout the night. Not ideal for light sleepers. Can’t comment on the meals as we didn’t eat there. Easy access to Pendine Sands.」

「Location is excellent and staff very welcoming and helpful, stayed on the third floor room was clean although very dated and very warm, fan provided but not really effective. Windows only part open which doesn’t help when so warm outside. The shower is useless very low water pressure same with the taps and toilet flush. Breakfast was good however selection of continental was limited, also my wife’s favourite poached eggs sadly wasn’t an option.」

「This place is truly special. The enjoyment begins the minute you walk in and meet the lovely staff. The room itself was perfect-spotlessly clean and totally comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and it was a truly incredible meal. To top off the delicious food, the chef himself came out to introduce himself afterwards so we were able to learn about where all those ingredients came from (all local and totally fresh). We ended our lovely evening in the bar area which had a great atmosphere and...

「Free Wi-Fi. Helpful & friendly staff. Good breakfast & plenty of options. Very hot week. A fan was provided & we were able to open the window however, the locals drinking outside were quite noisy & stayed after midnight a few nights. Popular for camper and as well. Ate supper there one evening & it was nice. The room was as expected, although could benefit from a freshen up. Reasonable prices & great location to use as a base to enable you to visit many places.」
