"Our most important take aways…overall the food from the hotel was not very good (ordered 4 times as traveling with our dog, and there is no such thing as dog friendly dining at this time of the year) beautiful setting, beautiful view from room, room was average clean, fridge in room had no shelves and no freezer (regardless of what they tell you when you call to confirm prior to booking) very noisy guest in suite above (hotel does not seem to be sound proofed) could hear their tub running constantly? and their music thumping. complained to staff about all of the issues we experienced and though it seemed like they were trying to help…no resolve was found for any of these issues. Again, the view was very lovely."

"Would have liked to say it was a great stay. The room was nice, lots of room for a family. Couple things though. The couch was not a couch that you could sit and comfortably watch tv, or enjoy a conversation on. Second when a hotel says it has air conditioning, it needs to actually offer air conditioning. We arrived to find that air conditioners are only available on a seasonal basis. If i had known that i would not have stayed there, as i have a medical condition that makes me heat intolerant. Felt a little like false advertising. Staff were fantastic"

"We enjoyed our stay however it was very difficult to turn the light off over the bed as the pull chain was too short for a senior to reach and to turn off the TV we had to unplug it other than that it was nice clean and pleasant to stay in"

"Room was clean and comfortable, staff were all very friendly, the breakfast was very good! Hotel was very close to all the amenities, ferry and airport, and the beautiful boardwalk. Absolutely stay there again."

"Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. I loved that the lobby offered coffee, juices, fruit-infused water, and treats throughout the day. The room was spotless and the beds were wonderfully comfortable. The hotel staff were kind and friendly, which made the stay even better. Breakfast was fresh, well stocked, and had plenty of variety. A great stay overall. "

"This was potentially the worst hotel stay I've ever had. I've never stayed in a room with such poor sound proofing before and sleeping was miserable. You could hear EVERY time someone opened their door. It didn't help that the bar had karaoke playing super loudly too on Friday and Saturday night. You could hear everything. The guy working at the front desk was lovely but there's only so much you can do to block the noise. It was hard to fall asleep before 1am and I was woken up both mornings around 6 from noise in the hallway. I was on the first floor and I also was playing white noise from a speaker to try to drown it out, and I was still woken up. The rooms themselves had patched seems/holes that weren't finished and just a really poor available amenities. I definitely wont be back."

"This was a wonderfully clean and new hotel - very close to the ferries. It made our ferry delay very enjoyable and relaxing. Highly recommend. Staff was very kind and my daughter loved the the chocolates from the front desk :)"
