"Silver Birch Retreat had great space for our family ( 6 adullts and 3 grandkids) over the Thanksgiving holiday while we were visiting relatives in Montfort. The tri-level layout was spacious for gathering; the bedrooms on the upper and lower levels were away from the living area so provided a nice separation for those retiring early or sleeping later. The kitchen was impressively well stocked with coffee, tea, and even butter sticks in the frig! A welcome gift of specialty popcorn was a fun find. There was some outdoor play equipment that was enjoyed, helping to burn off a 5 year old's excess energy. Our host was very responsive. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend Silver Birch Retreat to any considering staying in this area."

"The house worked out well for our group of five. The kitchen and dining areas provided a nice place to gather and socialize in the evening. The washer and dryer worked out well after a bit of a snowy and muddy day out in the fields. We will plan to come back again next year. "
