Not only was the food delicious, Aaron gave us a tour of the vegetable garden with viewing of the resident sloth 'Crash' and frog and bird watching after dinner. "Fabulous experience. if you want the wild/lodge experience but still a staffed hotel with a bunch of services then this is for you! We were in the middle of the wilderness, with birds and sloths on site, but still had room service/clean up and buffet style breakfast and a pool! Absolutely recommend. good distance to all the sites/activity but far enough from the tourist trap that is la fortuna!"

Extremely safe location, we felt very secure in fully gated property, that had 5 total separate units, all private to each other.Directions were spot on and check in was easy.Very clean and nicely appointed, rather new villa. Living space is compact but extremely functional.Host was very responsive and we were very happy with our stay."
