「Ketu was very helpful and caring. I arrived in the evening having not eaten in a while and he offered to drive me on his scooter to fetch some dinner. Super nice man. Also arranged for to have a massage in my bungalow which was much needed after traveling nearly 48 hours. Thanks Ketu!!! 」

「We liked our stay at Smaranala as a stopover to our next stay. The room was nice and the pool excellent. The atmosphere is difficult to understand as it seems to be directed at long-term residents and the expat community. It is located in a strange residential place, not really close to any shops or food opportunities (you´ll find them after a lot of walking in unlit roads). Unfortunately the breakfast was not included, which is always disappointing.」

「Mrs.Made is good owner hostess of this hotel. She is great and kind lady. Guest can feel warmness from her kind personality. And Mr.Quature and Mr.Kommang are also very kind people. If you wanna feel Bali local culture and family, this is the right place. This hotel has beautiful trees and flowers, it will make guest feel happiness.
