「This hotel is one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The staff are very nice kind and friendly. The room is perfectly clean and comfortable. The size is big enough for me. The bathroom is clean. This is very important for me.
What I love about this photo is the ground floor has nice cozy coffee, and relaxing space for sitting and having coffee.
The location is also great. There are so many café and restaurants near the hotel.
The public transportation is very good to access the other...

I don't remember how many times did I stay in Perth, but it was the best stay I believe.
I will probably go to Perth more times, but I want to make this hotel my regular place.
First of all, I really appreciated the service of the staff.
I looked for a parking space to drop off my luggage, but unfortunately I could only park a little far away from the hotel front. However, the front desk staff was very polite and helped me carry my luggage and gave me detailed instructions on what to do with my luggage until check-in. It was easy to understand even for non-English speakers, and it was a great help in a hotel where I sometime feel lonely when traveling abroad. I really want to say thank you that lady staff who helped me.
We also received hospitality such as welcome juice and "warm" cookies, and the hospitality was very heartwarming, and my wife and I were very impressed.
The room was also great. I chose a river view room. Early time I visit Perth, I try to reserve a Swan River view room everytime, but unfotunatly they have never let me through, and I gave up and stopped taking it a few times ago. This time, I just chose a river view room, but they reserved it for me. It may be ordinaly thing that they will provide you with what you have reserved, but I finally had my first river view, and the view was great and the sunrise was very beautiful. It was spacious and clean. There was a bathtub, and in the morning, I took bath while looking at the Swan River a"
"We had requested, if possible, a high-floor room with a view of the western side, and not only was our request granted, but we were also pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade.
The view from the room was amazing, and it became a truly unforgettable memory for us.
Even though we don’t speak much English, the staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel very welcome.
We would definitely love to stay here again when we come back to Perth."
