"This was such a wonderfully quaint B&B. I really loved the quiet area and we walked to everything we needed. We rented the Greatpoint room which was wonderful. Just be aware the bathtub was a clawfoot large tub and it was hard to get in and out of if you are an older person, my husband had to help me in and out. The whole area and stay was great!"

"I am a grandmother who stayed with my children and grandchildren at this beautiful house for three days over the Labor Day weekend. We all were delighted with this gorgeous and charming house from the minute we arrived. Every room was immaculate and comfortable, and the lovely kitchen had every thing we needed. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the parking was very convenient. The house is located in a lovely, gated neighborhood, not far from the beach, the Redwood State Park and great restaurants. We cannot wait to return for another family vacation."

"The Nantucket Penthouse was an amazing place to stay! It is decorated a little on the contemporary side, and the colors are beautiful!We had 2 adults in the master bedroom with a king bed and 3 teenagers upstairs in the loft. 2 Queen beds. The loft area has a lot of space and a good cooling system if it is a warm day or night. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed including a cuisineart coffee pot and pod coffee maker which made the best coffee in the morning. We ate out a few nights and I also cooked spaghetti for the teens, with french bread and salad. There was every thing we needed in the kitchen to make it feel like a home cooked meal. Very nice fridge with freezer as well. The one bathroom with shower and tub worked fine for having 3 teens and 2 adults. The living room with a large TV was very comfortable. The L shaped couch with modern coffee tables was great for our movie night with popcorn. Check-in and check out was very easy. The host was friendly and very accomidating with my lack of computer technology skillsI have stayed in several locations and the Nantucket Penthouse is by far one of my favorites. My rating for the Nantucket Penthouse is a 10 out of 10."
