You will be staying in the spacious and bright "Villa Teresita", a 4-room house spanning 140 square meters, recently renovated in 2023 with beautiful and stylish furnishings. The living/dining room is equipped with a digital TV, air conditioning, and forced-air heating, leading out to a loggia. The villa features three bedrooms: one with a French bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), another with a French bed (135 cm, length 190 cm), and the third with two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have forced-air heating. The open kitchen is well-appointed with an oven, dishwasher, four induction hot plates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine.
