I had a wonderful experience during my stay! From the moment we arrived, Chris made us feel welcomed and appreciated. He was extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the check-in process. He went above and beyond by providing excellent recommendations for local restaurants and places to eat, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The welcome drinks were a nice touch, and Chris’s outstanding customer service truly made a great first impression. Housekeeping came by on Friday but missed us on Saturday. However, it wasn’t a big deal at all, as we were relaxing and enjoying a movie in the room anyway. The excellent customer service continued through checkout. I believe his name was Erick or Eddie, and he was just as friendly, helpful, and accommodating, making the checkout process smooth and pleasant. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay! It’s always refreshing to encounter staff members who genuinely care about their guests and take pride in providing exceptional hospitality. Chris truly stood out, and both gentlemen deserve recognition for their outstanding service. Thank you for making our stay such a welcoming and enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend this property and look forward to visiting again!

The staff were extremely helpful during this stay! The apartment was clean and in a close location to Old Town centre (approx 15 mins walk). We didn't eat at the restaurant but it looked lovely. All on all a very nice stay.

Ideally located, clean room and great amenities. Would recommend.

Todo absolutamente excelente y la ubicación fenomenal

We stayed at the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel for three nights in October 2026 to celebrate our wedding anniversary, and our experience was absolutely wonderful! From check-in to check-out, everything was perfect. Every staff member we encountered was extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel special throughout our stay. The food was delicious, especially the steak at Meat Market Steakhouse, which was outstanding! One of the nicest surprises was when we returned to our room and found a bottle of champagne, thoughtful gifts, and a lovely anniversary card from the hotel. It was such an unexpected and thoughtful gesture that made our celebration even more memorable. We truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. The hotel’s location is also fantastic, very convenient and just a short distance from the airport. Overall, we had an amazing experience and couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate our anniversary. We highly recommend the Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and would absolutely love to stay here again! Thank you to the entire hotel staff for making our anniversary so special and unforgettable!
