We had such a lovely stay at Mahameru. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly warm, accommodating, and helpful. Any question or request we had was handled quickly and with a smile, and they genuinely went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread of fresh, delicious options that made for a perfect start to each day. The whole place feels luxurious, from the beautiful setting to the thoughtful little touches throughout, yet it never felt stuffy. It was relaxing, welcoming, and exactly what we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay at Mahameru. Modern, calm and relaxing, but still close to everything in Uluwatu. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool area was a highlight. Staff were friendly and made everything easy. Would definitely come back.

Das Zimmer ist grundsätzlich sauber. Die Kleiderschränke dürften mal wieder abgestaubt werden. Die Lage ist aufgrund der Aussichtslosen sowie der Ruhe hervorragend. Das Frühstück ist umfangreich.

We loved our stay at Mahameru. It was so peaceful and tranquil. Staff were very accomodating and friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious with great aircon and comfy king beds. We skipped the free breakfast a couple days as we wanted some other options that's the only feedback I would have but we would definitely recommend this place to others.

As acomodações do hotel, no geral, são boas. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e atenciosos, mas precisa de mais gente na equipe. Pois fica somente uma pessoa pra recepcionar, atender, levar pro quarto e levar as malas. Na chegada, ficamos alguns minutos sem saber o que fazer, pois não tinha ninguém pra recepcionar, pois o funcionário não estava presente no momento em que chegamos. Ponto negativo também para o ar condicionado que não gelou.

Hyggeligt hotel med en god udsigt og en god pool, dog passer afstandene ikke - hotellet ligger f.eks. 30 min. på gåben til nærmeste strand. Og templet ligger endnu længere væk. I selve området omkring hotellet er der ikke meget at se eller særlig mange spisemuligheder. Maden på hotellet er ok, men ikke noget at råbe hurra for. -En lille advarsel.. En af dagene åbnede jeg køleskabet på mit værelse, stille og roligt. Og så trillede der en flaske vin ud (hotellet havde lagt to flasker vin på nederste hylde), flasken smadrede - og jeg kontaktede receptionen og fortalte hvad der var sket. Og de ville have mig til at betale 700IDR for at have smadret flasken. Jeg påpegede flere gange, at jeg ikke engang havde rørt flasken, da jeg kun lige have nået at åbne køleskabsdøren, da det skete. Til sidst måtte jeg tale med manageren, og receptionisten blev ved med at sige at jeg skulle betale men kunne måske få rabat.. Heldigvis var manageren på min side. Dog kunne jeg høre, at receptionisten slet ikke var enig med ham.. Det var en akavet og ubehagelig situation at være i - da hun diskuterede længe med ham, selvom han havde givet mig ret. Så pas på, når I åbner køleskabene på hotellet.. Derudover havde rengøringen ikke låst døren til mit værelse den ene af dagene, så det skal man også tjekke op på.
