"They need to improve the quality of their coffee. It tasted like you were drinking hot water. The walls are paper thin, you can hear constant noise from other rooms beside you or above you. The wifi wasn't the greatest either."

"I stayed at this hotel on 3/19-3/22/26 while visiting my child at Vanderbilt. I am a Hilton Honors member for over 25 years. Have stayed at many Hilton branded hotels over the years. Never had a bad experience like I had during this stay. Carpet smells moldy. Broken lamp shade. Defective chair with sharp metal piece, causing an injury. Bug crawling in the rink. Worst of all - Rude and non-professional staff at the front desk and a very unprofessional hotel manager. Either extremely poor communication amongst the staff or flat out lies were being told. The hotel doesn't have first aid supplies. When the injury happened, the front desk staff did not show any compassion. I was told to write an email to the manager to report the injury. I did but received no response. I followed up multiple times, kept being told the manger wasn't around and they would reply to my email. When I said I would like to speak to the manager about the staff's poor attitude, she became angry and quarreled with me. After the argument, the manager suddenly became available only to berate me and accuse me of belittling his employee and told me they did everything right, I could leave if not satisfied and would not let me speak. They did at the end provide some refund to compensate for the injury. But only after my multiple follow-ups. The unprofessionalism and the disrespect they demonstrated is beyond me. It was a big mistake to have booked this hotel and I will never there again. Stay away if you can!"

"BISTO WAS GREAT BUT GETS PRICEY AFTER HAPPY HOUR ( BETTER DEALS AROUND TOWN) THE ONLY KNOW WE HAVE TO ADD IS THE SURPISE PARKING RATES THAT YOU FIND OUT ( $30 PER DAY) HOWEVER WE HAVE RELATIVES NEARBY SO WE PARKED OFF THE PREMISIS ( FREE) ALSO COURTYARD CUSTOMERS -YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR BREAKFAST-THINGS CAN ADD $ 100 PER DAY TO YOUR STAY "
