"Hotel was nice--room set up is odd but big. Crazy money for parking--do not park at hotel--park at lots nearby and scan code to pay."

"We stayed over a weekend where there were multiple youth sports going on. The amount of noise in the hallway at night with kids being allowed to run around, up until about 2am, was absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. When we complained to the staff, we got a one-hour later check out as a "comp." We literally did not sleep the entire 3 nights we stayed. These kids were also allowed to do whatever they wanted to in the lobby and on the elevators as staff just watched. They were sliding across the lobby floor, fake wrestling, running into people, being extremely loud, and crowding people who were trying to get in/out of the elevators. The first night we were there, we were evacuated from the bar for an "active shooter" outside, and as we were quickly hoarded out, I left a bag of ~$100 worth of merchandise in it. The hotel claimed it was never found (although hotel staff would have cleaned that evening and found it), and they didn't bother to offer to reimburse me."

"Overall, a good stay. We were only there 2 nights and spend most of the time out, but the room itself was nice and clean. Having the kitchen area was great because we were coming from an air b&b and had extra groceries left over. The room bathroom did have a slight sewer-ish smell to it. We noticed when we first got in the room but didn’t smell it the next morning so we didn’t say anything. Then it was back. Not strong, but noticeable. The breakfast was not the best. Only hot options were egg, French toast, and turkey sausage, none of which were great or even very hot. The fruit was fresh and pastries were OK. Staff was very friendly and the valet was efficient. We took advantage of the shuttle service which was nice. We wanted to enjoy the outdoor pool but it was closed (seasonal?)"

"This hotel was more than we expected. For being on Broadway and only a 6 minute walk to the main area, you couldn’t pick a better spot. Felt safe walking to and from each day/night. Breakfast wasn’t bad, service was perfectly fine. It was clean, elevators were nice and valet staff were great! We did not do the evening snacks , pool or fitness center, so I can’t comment on that. This was the best budget friendly place we could find that also seemed like it was decent. No regrets!! "

"One dissapointment after another! Check in time was 3:00 I arrived at ~4:00 room not ready. Went to get a bite to eat. Room still not ready! No hot water for hours! Peeling wall paper and ceiling paint. Leaking faucet damaged bath tub! Damp carpet in most of the room and a leaking window from a rain storm! In short, I need a full refund and an apology."

"A great place to rest my weary head after a fun night in Nashville. Close to the heart of downtown Nashville entertainment getting to and from hotel to venue was effortless. Great breakfast room with a variety of items to choose from. "

"We were very disappointed on the experience. First, trying to contact the hotel ahead of time is a frustrating experience with automated phone systems and ai. When we got to the room, and went to bed, we found women’s underwear still in the bedding. The restaurants and bars on the property are average food and average service for the price. The furniture is a bit run down. This place was way too much for what you get. And the cleanliness was disgusting."
