The property owner was annoyed and said this had happened before multiple times. The link they gave me initially to download the house manual was to the Blue Maple website, and there was no search function to find the manual. 「Tony was great - I’ve stayed with his properties twice now and both times he was communicative and very helpful. This property worked great for my party of 12 and a dog - the only thing I’ll note is the kitchen was not as well stocked as we hoped. If your group likes cooking at home, I’d bring your own pots, pans, measuring cups, etc. Otherwise, this was a great vacation! We especially loved the hot tub on the deck.」

「I was very very dissapointed. It was important to stay at a cabin that had a fireplace and a hot tub...the cabin being clean and having adequate heat, should be a given! We were told on day 2 of our 3rd day there, they finally sent somebody out to fix the hot tub and we at the pellet fireplace has been broken and parts were on order. There was no heat in one bedroom and in mine, once it heated up, it smelled of strong dog feces, as though imbedded in the cracks of the tiles and I felt...

「If you are looking for a quiet rustic place this is the place to stay. Hot tub was clean. House was in good shape. The steps are a little challenging but it's a A frame cabin so space is limited so keep that in mind before you book. One suggestion would be a new AC on the second floor as is did not keep the area cool. Outside of that we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.」
