Paul Gerhardt Haus

Nice hotel for the price. Excellent proximity; it's walkable to the central station, which is great for a day or two. No water in the room, and the staff were mechanical; there is a lot of room to improve customer service.

Location is close to train station but in a sketchy area. Room had bed bugs. We were given another room which also had bed bugs and were not comfotable staying at this property, we had to find another hotel at 2am. Staff was helpful but couldn’t speak english which made it difficult during the situation. We did receive a refund from the hotel as expedia pushed for one. Would not recommend staying here
