Check in was good . Check out ended up being earlier than expected because of my ride to the airport and the staff came through for me at the last minute
It's not a hotel so any requests are made by phone.

This is not a hotel.
This accomodation is in a residential apartment. A sign at the service states that it is not a hotel. A third party takes care of check in/out I presume for the owner. You have to call to make arrangements for such. When booking through a hotel booking site I expect hotel service. Should not be on the site, it's misleading.

Never received the keys for the 2 rooms booked and paid for in advance (booking reference 139578497397 , total paid SGD 380.16), so had to book 2 new rooms at another hotel. Very disappointing experience. Based on this we will not recommend the base to any of our friends or other people. There should be a refund of the money paid in advance for the 2 rooms?

No house keeping service
I would recommend this place for short stay only 2 or 3 night max
As they not offer a house keeping and the price for the housekeeping will be almost half the price of the room as they ask for 400 BhT for cleaning !! Which I'm wondering that's over priced
There is no hotel staff
It's like an office own the key card and the reprisensitive will just give you the key that's it
No house keeping at all that's what make me downgrade it
