Urgent mtg need to go back one day earlier cannot be refund any cost. No room service, boring breakfast everyday same dishes. Looks like Korean favourite hotel.

酒店幾靚週圍佈置不錯地點好附近有便利商店對面按摩隔離找換店早餐不錯房間不錯露台可看泳池唔會太多人所以好寜靜入住快

Nice hotel, Brilliant staff.

Nice place to stay, very clean and comfortable rooms. The hotel it self is new and looks really nice its on 3rd road bit far for those who do like to walk around but is close to the beach and nightlife if you take a taxi or bus about 10mins. This was my second stay at the hotel and will certainly not be the last.

터미널과 가깝고 친절한 호텔

파타야 북부 터미널과 가까운 곳에 위치해 방콕에서 오고갈때 편했고 직원들의 서비스가 너무 친절해서 좋았다. 객실도 깔끔하고 냉방도 잘되어서 지내는데 불편함이 없었다. 수영장을 이용하진않았지만 작아보였고 조식은 보통이었다. 친절함때문에 다시한번 묵고싶은 호텔이다.

Beautiful hotel but some drawbacks

Beautiful newer hotel but with some drawbacks. Excellent hotel staff, great breakfast included but not much change day to day. After one week it became a bit boring. Also hotel is a bit out of the way so is hard to get public transportation. Mostly private taxi had to be utilized. Hotel does not have a restaurant other than breakfast which is buffet only so always had to look for somewhere to eat plus no room service or pool side bar service. Wouldn't book here again for these reasons.

hmm

i stayed here for 5 nights while i was in pattya. when i first arrived i was surprised how good hotel was. i absolutely liked everything from decor on the 1st floor to bed and shower with my room. also the fact thay they upgraded my room to superior was very pleasant. however at night kareoke bar behind the hotel plays loud thai music ALL night 7 days a week that i couldn't get a good night sleep. although there were very friendly and kind staffs, most of reception fell real short of delivering 4star experience. they were rude and unknowledgible of very easy questions that i inquired.

Brilliant concept. Falls short as a top hotel

It is always a risk moving away from an established brand who consider these matters as a given. The windows are not sound proofed. They gave me a lovely room on the 7th floor and I had arrived from Bangkok after a long drive. As I lay down to rest the traffic and the construction on the road and nearby property being developed didn't allow me to rest. This is with the windows closed! They moved me to a room on the opposite side which was alot quieter but the view was far from beautiful. There is a night karaoke bar not far from the hotel and the sound of very drunk and very bad singing comes booming through the wall. This happened until past 2am. Reception couldn't do anything of course. It's not their property! The next morning around 7 am the doors of other rooms started banging open and shut and as guests left the noise would be very loud in the rooms and groups of families went yelling and screaming down to the pool or breakfast. Not a single sound was buffered by the room acoustics.The air conditioner is positioned in line with your face as you lay down and as much as I tried to change the direction of the breeze it would leave my face freezing so I slept the opposite way on the bed.I spoke to hotels.com who were super super amazing and said they will refund me since I'm a gold member and take care of the bill with the hotel. I could not believe my ears! I'm sticking with them for life!

Nice new hotel

As the hotel was newly opened recently, this looks very sophisticated and clean. Therefore all around the hotel seems not many times used by many other guests. Staff were nice and good at English. I was there about 2-3 hours earlier than the normal check in time but they managed the house keeping team clean the room quickly so we can early check in. Pool and fitness centre were a bit small but good enough. Breakfast was good too. And the air conditioner is easy to control and not noisy. However sound proof needs to be improved as I could hear people talking outside the door. And this is not close to the main city which is not easy to walk for sightseeing.
