Property could use some upgrades. Better handicap features. Hand rails in shower both sides of all stairs slip resistant tile in shower. Breakfast was good plentiful tasty. Excellent personal all around. Shoutout to housekeeper. Will stay again when coming to Pattaya.

The best quality of this resort is that it hides in a quiet area, close to Terminal 21 shopping centre, and a short walk to the Baht bus. The quietness is underrated for this resort. You don't have much noise at all if any. The downside of the resort is the facility felt outdated, in urgent need of major renovation. Once done it could be an upscale resort hidden gem. At this moment it is a functional and budget driven resort serves its purpose, great for bargain hunters.

An excellent hotel choice close to everything. Our biggest problem there was not enough loungers at the pool. People go and place towels on the chairs very early and with such a beautiful clean refreshing pool but absolutely NOWHERE to sit!!! Very frustrating!!!

I so hate to say that this is the perfect place to stay only because it is our inclusive get away. The staff are excellent and always the most pleasant people you will ever meet. Nick is the best concierge and loved talking to my two sons....great guy. The only downfall is that they have decreased the diversity of food, but given the pandemic and it's results, I can understand. They still have the egg chef for breakfast and he is awesome. Definitely a five star hotel at great rates. I got a master room with minor for the boys at just $81/night....time with the wife alone was the best experience!!!

Great BIG pool good location for city.
Great place. The coolest pool ever. Stayed with family 3 weeks. Quired area or at least you hear no noice from road. Room really good size and balcony great. Bad things, the bath room could use and upgrade. Old and warn and water pressure was low for showers and changed all the time. Nice service and room cleaning. Value for money despite being a bit old and could use an upgrade.

I like so many things about this property this rental, the staff is fantastic, facilities great breakfast is great, only a couple things that I did not like and they're really not even talkable, because you can't help if people are loud next door or upstairs of you. Happy, considering the circumstances.
We enjoyed our stay at Green Park. There are a few things that normally could be done better, but given that we are in the midst of Covid, I think the Staff at the Hotel did very well. The beds were very comfortable. The place was clean and functional.

A little oasis in the chaos of Pattaya. The resort is in desperate need of some TLC, however for the price I did not expect 5 star. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast reasonable. Pool area had mature trees that hid buildings surrounding the property. Staff very friendly. Easy access to restaurants and the rest of Pattaya city.

Good value for your money.
Generally our stay was good. The Swimming Pool and surrounding area are the Resorts main asset. There are plenty of sunbeds. The rooms are looking a little tired but clean. The beds were really comfortable. The staff are excellent and efficient. The main downside of our stay was the Wifi system which was very inconsistent. Unfortunately the Owners of the property never seem interested in spending money to rectify the system. All in all this is a good value for money Resort.

Everything was fine except air conditioning I’ve been reported few times to fix, but in general it’s a good hotel with friendly faces and they are helpful. Compare to our last visit it was more expensive due to exchange rates.
