古さは仕方ない
バスタブがあるのが魅力で宿泊を決めました。セントラルフェスティバルにも徒歩１０分以内なのでよかった。設備等の古さは安いので仕方がないと思います。ホテル前の洗濯屋の犬がよく吠えるので目が覚める。

ビーチロード、バービア街、レストラン等徒歩圏内なのにソイから奥まっているので騒がしくありません。 ホテル自体は特徴はありませんが、価格面を考えればオススメのホテルの一つです。

Et helt ok hotell for overnatting.
Hyggelig personale. Litt for hard seng for meg, men kona synes den var helt fin. Flott beliggenhet. Stille og rolig område rundt hotellet. Litt problem med internettdekning (Wi-Fi).

We stay frequently in Pattaya hotels. Our usual choice was unavailable, so we, two couples, stayed at Arcadia Mansion. The level of customer service at reception was atrocious. Both of our parties had seperate disagreements with different reception staff, making both groups unhappy. One of the reception staff let down the tires on our car. That’s how bad this place is. It is a shame, because, while the hotel is run down, it has potential, if better managed. There are too many better places in Pattaya, to justify a stay at Arcadia Mansion.

Good for the price.
The room was adequate. The room smelled I think from the AC and I couldn't turn up the temperature. Room was clean and the refrigerator, television and wifi worked well. Very small balconey. No pool. Staff was friendly and helpful. Still it was good for the price.

Nice basic accommodations Up a side street 2 blocks from the beach For the price i was happy. Comfortable bed Right next to an older mall Could have used a bit more water in the shower Lobby closes at 8pm so becsure to carry the Front Door key they provide

I stayed at this hotel over ten years ago when it was first built and this is my only reason for booking the place for a few untill i found a condo to rent. When i got there after not seeing the place since that first time staying there i noticed right away that the inside of the hotel looks really old, like 80's old. I get to my first room and it look bad and the toilet wasn't cleaned and still had crap inside of it . The walls were dirty and in serious need for some fresh paint. The decor looked like the 80s, they've really let this place go. I requested another room and was given the option between two. I picked the better of the two crappy rooms, but ill tell ya, it took everything in me not to say screw the money and just leave, but then i realized im not rich and had to stick it out. If you dont care what kind of room you sleep in, this is your room. Good Luck!

Personal ist sehr nett. Im hotel ist Lift, was besonders feur die Rollstuhlfahrer sehr wichtig ist. Vom hotel aus kann man zu Fuss oder mit dem Bat-Bus alles erreichen. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Great Location, Spacious Room
The location is excellent; at the end of a small dead-end soi so very quiet, but still right in the heart of Pattaya Central, so very near all the attractions of that area. The room was spacious and adequate, cleaned every day, reasonable wifi, powerful aircon, hot water all day, working fridge and kettle, international channels on the TV. Negatives: 1) The aircon unit leaked loads of water continually; so much that 2 buckets needed to be placed underneath to prevent a flood. Nobody attempted to fix it. 2) The advertised balcony was tiny and triangular; not somewhere you would actually want to sit and use. 3) Only liquid soap was provided in the bathroom, but no shampoo or other toiletries.

Couple of the staff members was very rude, I only stayed there because my friend from Australia had already booked there. Wouldn't recommend anyone to stay there and my friend that I met there as I live in Hua Hin wouldn't go back either.

Natürlich ist dieses Hotel nicht mit einem Hilton zu vergleichen. Klar ist die Einrichtung etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber alles funktioniert einwandfrei, man hat Kühlschrank, TV, safe und Klima auf dem Zimmer. Nicht wundern wenn andere Gäste schreiben es gäbe kein warmes Wasser. Dafür muss man den hebel in der Dusche auf kalt stellen. Scheint wohl in allen Zimmern verkehrt angeschlossen. Lage sehr gut da mitten in pattaya aber in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße sodass es keinen Krach von Bars oder der Straße gibt. Wie gesagt alles nicht auf dem neusten Stand aber insgesamt sehr preiswert und angemessen

Acceptabel.
Ondanks dat het hotel in het drukke centrum ligt is het binnen vrij rustig. De ontvangst was goed, aardig en behulpzaam personeel. Ruime kamer. Badkamer is wat verouderd. Het bed was voor mij wat hard.

Lo único negativo es que al entregar la llave en recepción el día que regresaba a España la recepcionista intentó cobrarme la habitación (27 noches) que había pagado con varios meses de antelación. Tuve que enseñarle la reserva, donde figuraba que estaba pagado y el cargo en la tarjeta de crédito para evitar que me estafara. Desgraciadamente los intentos de estafa son frecuentes en Tailandia y conviene llevar copia de todos los pagos realizados.

Great hotel for the money. Very close to all amenities. Within walking distance to two major malls. The hotel it self is a little dirty and old but again good value.
