"The person who washes the floor was mopping the floor in the lobby at 2 in the afternoon while people were trying to check in and in front of elevators. Also pool towels were none had to ask and they were the size of a hand towel also kicked out of got tub, closed at 9 pm which is way too early.. breakfast ran out of some food at 8:30"
