The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and wonderful. They allow me to use the shower after checking out, and even if I vomit due to food poisoning, they handle it without making a disgusting face. The rooftop pool is also great and good value for money. And best of all, it's clean. However, it is a pity that the lock of the hotel window was broken and could not be closed. Sorry if I misunderstood.

ほぼ満足

パトンビーチからも近く便利ですが、近すぎないので夜は静かに眠ることが出来、すぐ近くに飲食店、バー、コンビニ、露天商、マッサージなどほぼ揃っており、立地としては非常に良いと思います。部屋はJuniorルームに宿泊しましたが、清掃もされており綺麗な方だと思います。バルコニーからも遠くに海が見えます。ただ残念だったことは ①朝食のメニューが少なすぎる（朝食付きを予約することはお勧めしません） ②最終日の朝に予告なしで屋上の工事のため断水しチェックアウトギリギリまでシャワーが浴びられず予定が大幅に狂った ③ほとんどはきちんとした対応だが、他の客への対応を見ていて数人かなり対応が悪いスタッフがいた悪いスタッフに当たらなければ、大凡おすすめできるホテルかと思います。

nice バーのあるホテル

２回目の滞在です。他のホテルも考えましたが立地や価格、コスパを考えるとここ以上はなかったです。とにかくホテルの周辺になんでもありますし、屋上のバーでちょっと飲みながらご飯も遠くに海を眺めながらすっごく雰囲気が良いでよ。

ショッピングに最適なホテル

ジャンクセイロンのすぐ近くにあるおしゃれなHOTELです。両替やコンビニも目の前にあり特にタクシーを使う事もなく行動できました。ロビーにはタクシーやアクティビティの受付窓口があり現地に到着してから充分申し込みできます。タクシーも早朝出発にもかかわらず800Bでした。

A clean, comfortable room. But be ready to take care of yourself. Employees are slow to respond (relative to other 7-8 hotels in the same price range I stayed in Thailand). One male employee at the front desk has huge emotional swings, so be prepared. 新しいので部屋は清潔(新築特有の臭いあり)。立地も良い。感情の起伏が激しい男性従業員がフロントに一人いる。親切な女性従業員もフロントにいる。誰に当たるかは運次第。挨拶を返さない従業員が殆ど。概して従業員が訓練不足で仕事に戸惑っている場面が散見された。従業員への依頼事項は極力減らして自分で自分の世話をする人向き。

ビーチもバングラ通りも徒歩圏内で便利で、屋上プールはバーもありドリンクメニューも豊富です(*^o^*)シーツがちょっと臭いです。生乾きの匂いがしました。バングラ通りで夜遊びメインの方にオススメです！

便利で、リーズナブル

口コミ通り、メイン通りに近いですが、少し奥まっているので、全くうるさくなかったです。周りには、タイ料理をはじめ、イタリアン、スポーツバー、マッサージも近くにあり、スーパーのBIG-Cも歩いて10分くらいで大変便利な場所でした。設備も新しかったです。部屋は一番安い部屋でしたが、値段以上の環境でした。朝食は250BTでしたが値段の割には種類が少なかったですが、ホテル以外であれば、もっと高かったので高級リゾート価格かなと。部屋に歯ブラシ、髭剃りはありませんが、近くにコンビニがあるので、問題ありません。バスルームですが、シャワールームと洗面所に仕切りがなく、若干、水が飛び散りました。小さなバルコニーがあったのですが、水着を乾かすスペースがありませんでしたので、ちょっと不便でした。

パトンのど真ん中

一番下のカテゴリーで予約しましたが、なぜかペントハウスにアップグレードしてもらいました。一泊だけでしたが、２面に窓があり、海が見える部屋で気持ちよく過ごせました。パトンのど真ん中と言ってもよい立地で、レストラン、マッサージ、コンビニなど、すべてが揃い、便利。ジャン・セイロンまでも徒歩で数分。ホテル自体は、通りから一本入るので、夜もうるさくはありません。ただ、タクシーで向かうと、時間帯によっては、渋滞にはまります。

Superior Room - Room Only に4泊。部屋は玄関側５階で眺めは迎えのホテルだが道路を挟んでいるので圧迫感はなし。シャワーの圧力、お湯の温度、排水口も問題なし。ベットの硬さは好みがあるが自分好みの硬め、枕は柔らか目。冷蔵庫には有料のミネラルウォーター４本あるだけ。他に無料２本毎日補給あり。その他必要な飲み物は近くのセブンイレブン（徒歩１分）で購入する。この部屋のエアコンは壁掛けタイプ（日本の一般家庭用）で取り付け場所がベットの頭の上なので、直接冷気が当たらず快適でした。

Superior Seaview - Breakfast included に2泊。（７月から料金アップの為後４泊はグレードダウン）部屋はプール真下の８階で眺めもバッチリ。シャワーの圧力、お湯の温度、排水口も問題なし。ベットの硬さは好みがあるが自分好みの硬め、枕は柔らか目。冷蔵庫には有料のミネラルウォーター４本あるだけ。他に無料２本毎日補給あり。その他必要な飲み物は近くのセブンイレブンで購入する。この部屋のエアコンはベットの真上に天井埋め込み正方形型（日本のオフィスなどによくあるタイプ）で４方向から冷気が出るため、エアコン着け放しで寝るると頭に冷気がもろに当たるので、非常に不便。

Close proximity to the major shopping centres, bangla road, patong beach and attractions. The hotel was clean however the decor was outdated. The highlights were the pool, gym and sauna - fabulous vista views of the island. The service desk at the pool were luclustre - often times the bar was serviced by a staff member who didn't smile nor looked approachable. The reception desk was unapproachable at best and the staff looked like they have had enough - didn't wish to be there. My first impression when I got checked in wasn't impressive. The hotel has a fair bit of potential - all the best....

Gone downhill .

4th time staying here and regretted it straight away , wrong room given. No electricity, no glasses for drinks, no manager on site and unhelpful staff. Never booking again. Such a shame , it used to be such a good hotel.
