良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス、施設のコンディションと設備

パタンビーチの中でも静かなエリアで子連れにはよい環境でした。スタッフのみなさんは親切で、何も問題ありません。ひとつ言うならバスタブにお湯を溜められる量のお湯が出ず、すぐに水になってしまいました。サウナも宿泊客が温度設定などするタイプのようで、利用のするにはハードルが高かったです。お風呂とサウナには期待しない方がいいかもしれません。

Excellent hotel except hot water running out soon. There is a jacuzzi on the patio but we couldn’t use. Breakfast was so good!

Directions to the beach with a good amount of people, Distance to the massage while listening to the sound of the waves, Reasonable distance to return by TukTuk from downtown, Infinity pool with sunset, Daily excellent breakfast arranged, and So kindly staff, everything is the best hotel in Phuket.

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、客室の快適度

プールアクセスの部屋に宿泊。二日目の夜にエアコンが壊れる事態が発生。エアコン点検の際に来た清掃員がドアを開けっぱなしにして立っていたので、蚊が入るからドアを閉めてくれと頼むと、できない、と言う。では蚊取り線香を持ってきてくれと頼むと、スマホをいじりながら悪態、最終的に蚊取りベープを持ってきてはくれたものの10分も要した。点検後、フロントから修理に2時間かかると説明され、子供を寝かす時間だから待てないと言えば、同じタイプの別室を手配してくれた。フロントをはじめ接客係の対応はみなとても親切だったが、上記のような一部教育が行き届いていない部分も垣間見られるのが残念だった。プールアクセスのタイプでは蚊対策が必須。ジャンセイロンへの送迎が一日2回、午前と昼、昼に行ったら戻り便は無く自分でタクシー手配が必要。空港送迎のシャトルバスは無く、タクシー手配のみ。周囲の環境は静かで良かった。

総合的に◎

両親と泊まったので２部屋予約しました。プールアクセスのジュニアスイートを取りました。リビングが広くて快適です。ただ、肝心のプールがゴミと虫で汚くて、とてもじゃないけど入れません。 7階のプールとスカイバーは最高でした。ビーチも目の前で、夜も静かでよく眠れました。ジャンセイロンまでの往復は1日1便しかなく、片道２５分ほど歩きました。チェックアウトは少し時間がかかりましたがスタッフみなさん、よく対応していただきました。ありがとうございます。また機会があれば利用します。

宿泊した日が誕生日だったのですが、サプライズでホテルから祝っていただきました！スタッフも皆さんとてもホスピタリティが高く、気持ちよく過ごせました。シャワーのお湯の出が悪くたまに水になったりお湯になったりしましたが、部屋はとても綺麗で、快適でした。繁華街から少し離れているので、夜遊びよりのんびり過ごしたい方にはおススメです。

とにかく立地が悪い。眺めのいい部屋をお願いしてたのですが窓を開けると建設中のビルでした。またホテルは僻地にあってビーチからは真っ暗闇を進まなければなりません。近くにコンビニやレストランタイマッサージ屋さんなどはありません。スタッフもフレンドリーな人とそうでない人と結構はっきり分かれていて半分以上がフレンドリーではなかったと思います。 wi-fi はとても弱かったです。よそのサイトではコスパ抜群などと書いてはいましたが私は結構高いお金を払ってここに泊まりました。それだけにコスパは悪かったですとても残念な思いをしました

可もなく不可もなく

可もなく不可もなくといったホテルでした。ロケーションはパトンビーチの端にあり、1番の繁華街からは徒歩10分くらい離れたところですがビーチはすぐ近くです。ただ周辺が工事中で綺麗な景色などは無く、大通りから少し入った所にあるので日中の暑い時間はその距離すらも少し億劫に感じてしまった。朝食はすごい美味しい訳でもない。0歳児連れだったのでバナナをお願いしたら｢無い｣との事。赤ちゃん出なくても子供が食べやすいような朝食は少なかったので、子連れには不向きなホテルかもしれません。

スタッフの愛想も良く、立地も最高でした。 3部屋同じタイプの部屋を予約したのにも関わらず隣同士ではなくすごく離れてしまったので、たとえ隣同士が無理でも、少し気を使ってほしかった。部屋の前のプールが汚くて、入れなかった。屋上のプールは見晴らしも良く、気持ち良かった。

At breakfast time is a lot of mosquito, please set to anti insect. Otherwise very confortable stay for us. This is very mindful stay with us, room is very clean.

浜辺は近いしショッピングセンターなど、いろいろと便利です。現在プールから見える景色は建設中の建物が景観が損ねていた

設備が整った良かったです！

ビーチに近く、プール、バー、ジムなどの設備が整えられており快適に過ごすことができました。ビュッフェも割安で美味しかったです！

良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備、客室の快適度

パトンビーチやバングラ通りまで徒歩で行けます。プールは海が見えていい眺めでした！ホテルのレストランでパスタを食べましたが、とても美味しかったです！スタッフも気さくですぐに顔を覚えてくれて、話しかけてくれたりととても楽しくすごせました。

気になった点 : 施設のコンディションと設備

部屋が綺麗で、広い

部屋の充実感は、大変良かった…しかし、シャワーや、バスタブに溜めるお湯の出方が、、イマイチ！結局、バスタブは使わず？シャワーも、時間がかかり過ぎた！出が話かなり悪い。

ビーチに近いルーフトップバーある

ルーフトップバーは最高でした。ただ、海が見える部屋じゃなかったほが残念でした。温水が少し出にくいところは改善してほしいと思います。朝食は普通に美味しかったです。
