"Room - our room was on the second floor, there is a balcony from the adjacent property that looks straight into the room and there is only a net curtain so no privacy. There was rubbish in the bathroom bin when we first entered the room which highlighted the lack of cleaning and attention to detail. The booking stated there was WiFi and a tv however neither worked. The location is close to the beach and local amenities however the surrounding properties have tenants loitering out front publicly...

"Difficult to rate staff as no staff! Check in automated which needed to be completed probably day before with photo ID. Room clean and well presented. Bed comfortable. Stairs to bedroom on top floor were fine for me but might be a challenge for someone less mobile. Good location."

"The property is in an excellent location with parking. We received very communication from the owner. We stayed in room 3 which featured a lovely bath a wet room along with a huge bed. The TV reception had some buffering, however, we weren't spending hours watching it as we were out enjoying Brighton. We will certainly stay again."
