「The location could not be better, it was really great and convenient. My room was also great, during the summer I truly appreciated that the fan was included in the room. I also found having a code for the front door and my room very convenient versus having a physical key. As a solo traveller, I also felt safe and thought the room was perfect. Overall, very happy with my stay and would return.」

「イギリスの典型的なB&Bです。建物は多分古いのでしょうか、歩くと床がミシミシいいます。ただ、きちんと掃除されていますので問題ありません。全体的に女の子の部屋みたいな雰囲気ですし、スタッフも女性しか見ませんでした。トイレは共同で、シャワーブースが各部屋に付いています。セブンシスターズを見に行くためのバス停（NEW STEINE）がホテルを出てすぐにあります。事前に何時に到着するかメールで聞かれました。あまり遅いとレイトチェックインフィーが掛かるようでしたが、21時頃に到着する旨をメールで回答し、21時ちょっと前に到着したので、特に追加料金は掛かりませんでした。スタッフは気さくで、セブンシスターズに行く方法を教えてくれたり、写真を見せて少しおしゃべりをしたりと、なかなか良かったです。」

「Room description stated bath tub . Neither of the 2 rooms booked had this facility only a shower cubicle in each. No reply to messages sent before our stay with enquiries. No customer service of any kind when calling contact number provided.」

「Tristan carried our biggest suitcase up to a clean, well stocked room, which was perfect for our needs in spite of being a tight fit (which our larger case exacerbated). Great location to walk to the promenade, friendly pub downstairs, and excellent soundproofing - didn't hear anything from our second floor room. Will happily book again if we're in the area」

「Room was supplied with tea, coffee pods, sugar and milk alongside cooking equipment apart from scissors! It was clean, but noticed quite a bit of dust in certain areas of the room. The courtyard was not like the images but still able to fit 4 people into it (3mx3m). Great stay lovely location and lots of character to the room. 「We stayed in room 6 (window facing to the russel square beautiful little garden) for 2 nights and it was very pleasant! Breakfast basket served in the morning from 8 am. Artworks featured on the stairways and foyer were nice. We'd love to be back!」
