"Everything about this villa is exceptional…great location, beautiful views, fantastic host, so much to see & do or just stay at the villa & enjoy the pool. Gian’s recommendations for restaurants, wineries & experiences were all amazing. Todi, Orvieto & Montefalco were highlights for our group. We even loved our almost daily visits to the nearby supermarket :) Gian went above & beyond to make our stay a memorable experience. We also had her prepare a meal for us and our extended family 20 people and it was our favorite meal of our trip ! Everything was so fresh and so wonderful ! "Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! There is also a panaramic function room by the pool, which would be excellent for any gathering. More details on their website."

"Situata in posto strategico per le bellezze umbre di Spello, Assisi, Perugia, per citarne solo alcune, la struttura rustica è decisamente accogliente e caratteristica. Unico neo la superstrada che passa a fianco, rumorosa se si vuole godere degli ottImi ed ampi spazi esterni. Gli appartamenti risultano ottimamente isolati. Colazione internazionale molto varia ed abbondante sui dolci. Personale disponibilissimo e decisamente cordiale "

"Assisi is within walking distance (less then 20 minutes), which it makes the perfect location to visit this beautiful and well-restored town of San Francisco and Santa Chiara. The garden with its nice flowers and figs, tomatoes and olive trees create a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. The house is spit in two apartments. We rented the lower apartment, which was very nicely restored with an eye for detail. We didn’t hear much of our neighbours from upstairs. We’ve shared the garden easily."
