This holiday apartment offers comfortable living in a quiet location, just about 70 metres from the sea. The surroundings are ideal for a relaxed beach holiday, as a pebble beach is conveniently accessible on foot and a sandy beach is located about 2.5 kilometres away. Restaurants, a café, a supermarket and a bakery are just a few steps from the house, which makes the stay particularly pleasant.



The accommodation is located on the first floor and offers sufficient space for up to four people on 45 m². Two separate bedrooms ensure privacy and restful nights. The main bedroom features a large double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds. Both rooms have LCD TV, air conditioning, insect screens, and options for complete darkening.



The kitchen is functionally furnished and is best suited for preparing meals yourself. It is equipped with a cooker, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. A dining table is also available. Air conditioning for cooling and heating ensures pleasant temperatures throughout the unit.



The bathroom is spacious and offers a bathtub, toilet, bidet, urinal, and a private washing machine. The apartment has a separate access.



A highlight is the covered 15-m²-balcony, which is accessible from several rooms. Here, a table and chairs for up to six people are available, as well as a private outdoor grill and a clothes horse. Partial sea view ensures a pleasant holiday atmosphere.



On the enclosed property, a shady garden area is available for shared use. An outdoor shower (warm/cold) and a traditional barbecue hut round off the outdoor offerings. For guests arriving by car, there are three sun-protected parking spaces directly at the property. A boat mooring can be used upon request.



The location is suitable for families, couples, seniors, and guests seeking tranquillity. Public transport is nearby, as is a children's playground. Leisure activities such as boat tours, mini-golf, or a casino are located within a radius of approximately 20 kilometres.



Included in the price are air conditioning, heating, bedding, towels, final cleaning, electricity, water, gas, internet, kitchen towels and an intermediate cleaning. The tourist tax will be paid separately on site.
