"A decent room and value with good location for a neighborhood vibe. The walls are pretty thin but the cleaning staff work hard and the rooms are just good enough"

"Pros: good size bathroom, option for a handheld shower, a window that opens to let in fresh air, and a strong A/C unit (but the filters need to be cleaned/replaced) Cons: the A/C unit is only allowed to run for six hours, and then they cut you off. a member of staff told me this. the staff are not trained in hospitality - they seem to be a bunch of friends who just cover shifts. they don't know where anything is or how to fix it. they can't guide you to deal with certain situations. they also don't apologize for accidental 7am fire alarms. there's a very unbothered sense to everything. also please note they don't have much in the way of toiletries. shampoo, body wash, itty bitty bar of soap. nothing more."

From reception to housekeeping , the restaurants and piano bar(try the cocktails) everyone pulls together 'on brand'. A must try."
