「The cabin itself was very cute. Private hot tub is a bonus. We arrived after dark and it was incredibly hard to find our cabin, they could use even one reflective sign. The owners were NOT friendly, even though I notified them of our later arrival time ahead of our stay. Lots of essentials provided in the kitchen. The shower looked too rough to actually use. The beautiful scenery and novelty of staying in a historic cabin made up for it. It was good for one night. The cabins are pretty close to...

「no decaf coffee which was disappointing and due to diet concerns would have liked plain yogurt but realize majority like flavored. the room was unbearably hot we had to open door and window to try and cool room off . walls were very warm to touch. not a comfortable sleep」

「Our check in was smooth. Staff were very efficient and gave us great recommendation for dinner. Beds were comfortable and they came with both soft and firm pillows which we appreciated. Breakfast good too! Will go back.」

「The room was clean and appeared to have been renovated recently. Although the shower head needs some attention. The check-in clerk was friendly and efficient. The rooms are not very sound proof - but not their fault the guys on both sides of me were noisy.」

「This motel is located between Lake Louise and Revelstoke. I went to Moraine Lake and climbed to Sentinel Pass. Golden has some restaurants including Chinese, Japanese and Korean food. Also there are several food stores and liquor shops. 」
