We spend 5 nights at the Parrot Cay by Como as a couple, and enjoyed very much the attention to detail, food and friendliness of the staff. Our room ( 603) was very old, the mattresses and furniture, as well, as the bathroom are in urgent need of replacement, never mind the AC which was loud, so loud that even the handyman could not fix it. We did expected at a price like this that this would have been more updated. The luxe towels and bedsheets did not make up a price tag like this....

We just returned from a six night visit and found the staff, meals, beach bar drinks, and hotel services to be very good in spite of the age of the facilities. Suzie and Clifford will make sure that you have a great stay. The beach is steps away from your door and a few miles long. Several walks and NO other walkers most times. A beautiful boitique hotel! Good was amazing. Service impeccable. They are brand new, having just opened march 1 so everything is pristine. They are a ahoet elf from the beach.

New staff from last year. We recognized only two - front desk and massuse (sp?). Food was excellent, but very slow. 90 minute wait for lunch special. Two hours at one dinner and still waiting for main course. Sailboat broken and paddle boards broken by bartenders who should not have been using. Our room had a broken door. I liked the hotel , the staff & location . The only con is that they don’t have microwaves in the room so you have to go to the front office to hear your food up but the office is not open 24 hours. They close at 10pm sharp so if your hungry after that theirs no way to heat your food up .

Centrally located in the Grace Bay area. The hotel has its own area on the beach with chairs and umbrellas. Great dining options nearby. We really enjoyed our stay there.

This is an incredible value. It was quiet and not crowded. We had a view of the ocean from our balcony (second floor). The staff all were friendly and helpful. The location is great - not surrounded by high-rises, and walkable to the shops and restaurants. We didn't have to deal with mobs of people at the beach or on the grounds. Close walk to the beach, air conditioner was amazing!

Hotel was in excellent proximity to the beach, restaurants, and shopping. Room was clean, towels were a plenty in the room and for the beach. Front office offers excellent help in finding food and excursions. We loved the breakfast vouchers to choose from. The facilities offers bikes, canoes, beach chairs AND It has it own spot on the beach. We never fought to wake up to save a spot.

This is the perfect resort for the people looking to be off the main path but still have a great experience. The swimming pool was unbelievable. The private beach and pier were very relaxing. It was nice not having to share the areas with a lot of other people. The restaurant was excellent. The service and food were top notch. We loved hanging out at the Cave Bar. A unique bar that overlooks the ocean.

Highly recommended. Recently stayed here for four nights on our first visit to Turks and Caicos. Paid extra for ocean view room, which was well worth it. This is probably the best resort I have ever stayed in. Perfect property, wonderful people, amazing attention to detail, walkable to shops and restaurants, tons of amenities. I will be back and I would not stay anywhere else. Thank you for an amazing vacation!

West Bay is a wonderful resort. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The room was very clean and modern. It is right on the beach with gorgeous views. The breakfast was excellent as was the food for lunch and dinner. The only downside was they wouldn't let us use the paddle boards, kayaks or catamaran. They said it was unsafe, too much current, but others were out at other resorts and it looked perfectly safe.

My wife and I live in a warm place anyways so we just wanted to get away somewhere quiet. We arrived after the high season ended and this was exactly what we needed/wanted. The villas are the perfect size, the lush vegetation makes them very private. Chalk sound borders the resort on one side and guests can make use of included kayaks to explore it. We had a wonderful trip in Turks and Caicos! Stayed here in Blue Haven and we had a great time! We had oceanview suite-very spacious and clean and the view was beautiful. The food was great! There were alot of activities in the resort and you can also go to Alexandra Resort with free shuttle and the beach there was gorgeous! My partner and I had an excellent stay and rate it 5 stars. Since we arrived, the staff were very friendly. It’s a low-key hotel where you’ll feel at peace especially hanging out by the beautiful pool area. Although it’s not a beachfront hotel, there’s a free shuttle running through business hours which is convenient.
