"Very nice hotel in a great location, Ylena was very attentive and welcoming. She always a phone call away if you need help after hours. Rooftop pool is a nice touch. "Overall good value for location and accommodation. Big problem the shuttle back to the ferry which is offered as part of the service was refused apparently because the ferry left at 7.55am and the shuttle starts ay 8am. To be at tbe ferry the shuttle would need to have left at 7.30 !!! I was advised to get a taxi. I walked. The onsite shop and bar barista closed for tbe season midway through my stay. Very very annoying and a massive disappointment not to buy a coffee in the morning. Nearest...

"The house was perfect for a group of friends. Gorgeous, well appointed kitchen, comfortable bedrooms and excellent showers. The location is amazing, right next to the mountain (which was excellent for running and hiking) and overlooking the sea, we couldn’t have imagined "

"Because of the pilot strike we couldn’t to go to Sicily. Very unfortunately since we had been looking forward to stay in this beautiful house in wonderful Marsala. The host, Massimo, has been most helpful and kind and we hope to stay here next year instead."

"Ein Landgut wird beworben, eine heruntergekommene und schmutzige Anlage findet man vor. Überall Müll am Gelände, die Küche/Kühlschrank verdreckt, nicht gekehrt und die Bäder eine Zumutung. Wir mussten erstmal putzen.. Klimatisiert sind nur 2 Doppelzimmer über ein klappriges Gerät in einem Vorraum - wie man hier in heißen Monaten mit bis zu 8 Personen schlafen soll möchten wir uns nicht vorstellen. Viele alte Möbel wo überall kaputte Dinge drin waren, das Untergeschoss nur eine Rumpelkammer......

"There’s an inviting photo of a hot tub at advertisement, was so looking forward to it, no where to be found. It’s an expensive space that feels cold & uncared for, nicks and black scruff marks in bedroom, empty walls. Small shower without door brings cold air in as you wash, drain comes undone as you move around washing, it was packed with slimy hair, and there’s a window in the small bathroom that opens to the hallway, opposite the toilet, whether open or not, your toilet noise can be heard in...

"It's an impressive property: elegant but not obstentatious, with huge rooms, sitting areas and bathrooms. The minute we arrived the staff was extremely courteous and professional. Everyone acts and looks happy to work there. No detail went unnoticed. They gave us a nice desert and card to celebrate our anniversary. Our meals were delicious and a massage, was one of the best ever! I would book this again in a heart beat. "
