Imagine a place nestled in the wooded hills of Orvieto which dominates the valley below with its high and sunny position, where, as you glimpse the horizon, your gaze gets lost among picturesque views and a pile of houses that surround this magical scenario, the city of Orvieto.
Luigi's grandparents, says the eighty-year-old owner, came here to graze the cattle and cultivate the fields, they slept in the stables where today the guest enjoys a large tavern with fireplace and panoramic porch.
Even today Luigi cultivates that vegetable garden, collects olives in the fields and for its sentimental value he finely renovated it a few years ago making it a prestigious tourist location for lovers of the uncontaminated nature that surrounds it, enjoying the scents and tranquility that this unique place offers to those who stay there.
It lies in an isolated position near the municipality of Parrano, it can be reached via a country road that evokes suggestive panoramic views along its entire route (1km).
The villa is divided into four apartments ( RENT TO 1 GROUP ONLY) with their own entrance which lead into the majestic tavern in front of the porch, equipped with a fireplace, sofas and a large dining table, not far from the external brick oven.
Large and well-kept garden (not fenced) and last but not least the private swimming pool, also unique for its panoramic views where you can spend moments that will remain with you forever.

Lovely and spacious property with breathtaking views

We were a group of 12, 3 families. We each had plenty of privacy in our personal apartments which make up this spacious property. It looked very new and we enjoyed the clean bedrooms, bathrooms and overall cleanliness of the property. Lovely salt water pool, which we enjoyed thorougly. We also appreciated the trashcontainers not too far from the property, so we didm't have to drive around with our thrashbags and bottles. NOTE: the road to the property is pretty rough with loose gravel. This for about 1,5 kms. It is worth it though! The only reason this isn't getting 5 stars is the fact that there is no washing machine. 3 Dutch families from Utrecht
