"Tom and Bree were very welcoming on arrival. We had a few minor problems that they attended to immediately. The room was spacious and well equipped. The bathroom was large with a separate toilet. We will definitely stay there again and highly recommend it."

"Unfortunately, our experience at the North Parkes Hotel was disappointing. Before booking, we called the hotel directly and were quoted $150. We then found the room cheaper through Expedia. When we questioned the price difference, we were told that they were “not a charity”, which we found to be quite an unnecessary and dismissive response. We booked specifically because we were travelling from Parkes through to Brisbane and expected to be able to have dinner at the hotel restaurant....
