  • This stylish, comfortable home is perfect for group trips. The Hilltop Hideaway is a short walk to the river, around the corner from the bar, and a quick drive to Lake Havasu. With plenty of free parking for multiple vehicles, including a large car port for vans or trailers, your entire group will feel welcome.
    The space
    The Hilltop Hideaway is a comfortable and stylish space meant to make you feel at home while also providing a space to have fun and reconnect with friends and family.
    Guest access
    The house is easily accessible. Right off the main road but far enough up the hill to avoid any traffic noise. Parking on the gravel space in front of the house is as easy as can be. Pull your car or truck up into the car port for ample shade and quick access!
    Other things to note
    Just South down the street is a public boat launch with a large dirt lot for parking. Head North to La Paz County Park - $10 day pass - to enjoy easy access to the river for swimming and floating with friends.

Great location in Parker, and close to the river! Even has a view of the water from the back deck! The pool table was a fun addition to our weekend!!! Plenty of room for parking, air conditioner worked great. Perfect little house for our family.

Convenience and Comfort

The property is comfortable, well-stocked, and convenient to local amenities. Plenty of room for a group, good parking, plus the neighbors are friendly. This was the second time we stayed here and would do it again.

Spacious, clean and cozy

Loved everything about the place. The decor, pool table, AC, rooms, beds and it has a nice view. Great spot and would love to stay again. We had 3 adults and two teen girls so we needed the space and bathrooms.

Nice getaway!

We enjoyed the view of the river and surrounding mountains! The home was clean, well-stocked, roomy, and easy to get to. River access was close by. Would stay here again.

What a perfect home for friends and family to enjoy the Parker area. Nathan was a very generous host and promptly responded to all communication. We will definitely book again on our next trip to the Parker Desert.
