「The Cozy Cottage, in the garden, by the lake, was serene. We were looking for a place off the beaten path for an over night stay, and this was the perfect place. 「The cottage was adorable and well “equipped “. I wish it was closer!! But that wasn’t really an issue. The weather changed from Saturday to Sunday so we got a little cold ( probably cos we couldn’t figure out how to operate it). Overall , we had a lovely visit. Thank you!」

「Second stay this year at this lovely property for Round Top Antiques Fair…quiet, peaceful, lovely in Spring with Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush…main cafe in town open at 0700 for breakfast (wonderful scones/coffee) …once in town there are many shops/restaurants within walking distance… short drive in the other direction gets you to the friendly vendors at Y Station….easy communication with host, Ashley…camper clean, spacious for two of us and check-in snacks provided…plan to stay here...
