Our stay had its highlights, but the check-in process was extremely stressful. We were given incorrect instructions to email someone who would meet us at the property. While in transit from the airport, we found out that the person we had emailed was no longer an employee, leaving us with no idea how to check in. After multiple calls, we finally reached someone at iTrip, who provided a different address (2 buildings next door to each other and new check-in instructions. However, when we arrived, the instructions were unclear, and the actual address was indeed what was originally provided. To add to the confusion, the WiFi password provided was incorrect. That said, the location was great—just a manageable walk to the Payday and Crescent lifts, though the uphill climb was quite steep. It was also a 15-minute walk to downtown and the grocery store. The space was well-equipped for cooking, which was a plus. The host was very nice and easygoing, which we appreciated. However, iTrip’s management left much to be desired. We started with a very limited supply of toilet paper, and despite their repeated messages about wanting to “elevate our stay,” they were reluctant to provide more than one roll for six people over five days. ITrip did eventually send a new pack. Overall, while we enjoyed the property, the convenient location, and the well-equipped kitchen, the lack of clear communication and support from iTrip made the experience more stressful than it should have been.
