Large apartment

Perfect stay

Great location and area.

A good large apartment with great access to the Paris metro. A lively area with good bars, restaurants and bakeries very close by. Great for traveller's wanting to access inner Paris.

Great place

I loved this apartment. It is not fancy but has everything you need and is immaculately clean. I prefer staying in non-tourist areas when I travel and this neighborhood is one of my favorites. Convenient shops and the metro is steps away. The owner is very responsive to communication emails and answers questions quickly. For the money, it would be hard to find a better place.

Parisian charm in a great location.

Loved my stay here! Nice and spacious & bright in a great location. Everything you need in close proximity, and very well equipped kitchen. Christelle was very responsive to questions, and her checkin instructions easy to follow. Easy to walk to Bastille ; Hotel de Ville; & metro connections good too on line 9 & access to major metro connection spots like Nation & Republique. Photos are accurate & the elevator teeny but held me & 2 carry-ons stacked.

Parisienne Gem

Comfortable and welcoming location in a neighbourhood that has a Parisienne flavour. Easy location from which to travel around the rest of Paris. Had a great time rain or shine.

Best Stay Ever

This is my 41st time to Paris. This is the best place I’ve ever stayed. Quiet neighborhood, Close to the metro station in walking distance of the Bastille and then the other points of interest in Paris. There’s not one single negative thing I could say. If the owner ever decides to sell it, I want first dibs at it. Don’t miss the bakery next-door.

Fabulous - but noisy Apartment

Beautiful apartment but bring earplugs as the roadside noise is 24/7. Yes, it is Paris so we werent expecting silence but my, it did not stop. We loved the location and the apartment itself. Communicating with the owner was grest too

Big and comfortable flat. Double bed was a little small

Good value for money. Quiet location. Well equipped kitchen. The only quibble would be that the double bed was a little small with cushions as supposed to pillows. Overall i would recommend this place.

Awesome apartment

A comfortable flat at a wonderful location.

We enjoyed our stay with the sole exception of the usual challenge when living on the 4th floor in Paris. The flat is large, we’ll equipped and comfortable.

Very central, very relaxing.

The Metro station is at the endo of the block. A pharmacy is on the block. There is a cafe right next to the front door and petitsere and boulangerie on the block. This place is very convenient and so quiet. The clothes washer is small but works well. There is a clothes rack in the bathroom to dry the clothes. The kitchen is very well stocked with pots and dishes and flatware. There is a very small elevator if you want to avoid the stairs. This is a very comfortable apartment.

Lovely apartment in a great neighborhood

The apartment was very comfortable and in a neighborhood we have enjoyed for many years. The living room is bright and spacious with a great view of the activity on the boulevard. We felt at home from the first day. Christelle was very easy to communicate with and provided clear instructions on getting into the apartment. She allowed us to check in early, which made the first day much easier for us. We would certainly like to book the apartment again the next time we return to Paris. Thanks Christelle!

Lovely apartment -great location.

Large, light apartment with easy access to Metro, and hence the rest of Paris. Must admit to struggling with the single lift/twist control for the shower. Very difficult to achieve/ maintain chosen temperature. Christelle was a little slow to respond to messages, and had to chase her up for check in details. Otherwise, an enjoyable stay in a nice apartment.

Spacious and bright with room to relax

This apartment was very comfortable for an 8 day stay. I loved the 5 or 6 big windows overlooking the Blvd. The apartment is high up, so I wasn't bothered by any noise, but you could hear buses in the morning. I could spread out in the spacious bedroom and living room. The rooms were clean and nicely furnished. Everything worked in the kitchen. Bed very comfortable. Maria, who met me at the apartment, was very helpful and kind, and lived nearby. If I ever return to Paris, I would love to stay here again. Americans - please be aware if you have mobility problems, it's a very small 1-person elevator so I mostly used the winding stairs.

Un appartement spacieux, lumineux, bien équipé, situé dans un quartier paisible et commerçant. Situé au 4ème étage, en angle, l'appartement ouvre sur le Bd. Voltaire à travers le feuillage des platanes. Le métro Voltaire, très proche, permet de rejoindre facilement les différents points de Paris.
