Kitchen: Open to the living space and fully equipped with stovetop, microwave, oven, dishwasher, toaster, Nespresso machine and cooking essentials.

Bedroom 1: A cozy atmosphere with a comfortable double bed.

Bedroom 2 & 3: Both located in the basement, with modern, minimalist decor. Each room has a double bed, a calm atmosphere, and a carefully designed layout to optimize space and comfort.

Bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms with showers and WCs, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and hair dryer.

Toilets: Two WCs located in the bathrooms.

Extras included: High-speed Wi-Fi, large flat-screen TV, dishwasher, iron, bed linens and towels for each guest.

Please note: The apartment is spread over two levels: part of it is on the ground floor, and the bedrooms are located on the lower level, offering a quieter environment and softer natural light.
